At Bigify.in, we provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including link shortening, QR code generation, and analytics tools. As our services are entirely digital, no physical products are shipped.
Digital Delivery
- Upon successful registration and/or purchase of a subscription plan, you will receive immediate access to our platform via your registered account.
- Any product features, API keys, or access tokens related to your plan will be available within your Bigify dashboard instantly.
- You may also receive email confirmations for account activity, payment receipts, and feature updates.
Delivery Timelines
- Access to all purchased digital features is typically granted instantly upon successful payment.
- In rare cases, there may be brief delays due to server load or technical issues. If you encounter any delay, please contact our support team at support@bigify.in.
No Physical Shipping
- Since Bigify provides digital services, we do not offer or support shipping of any physical goods.
- There are no shipping charges applicable to any of our services.
